For those seeking a deeper connection with the Divine and greater alignment between faith, values, life and work.

I work with people who want to deepen their relationship with the Divine, explore questions of faith and meaning, or bring their spiritual life more fully into the way they live and work.

Together, we pay attention to where the Divine may already be present, reflect on what is emerging in your life, and consider how your faith and values can inform the way you move through everyday life.

Finding greater alignment.

My clients talk about becoming more grounded and clear, gaining confidence in their strengths, and seeing themselves and their lives differently. One described reaching “amazing realizations.” Another found her “true north.” And others have spoken of learning to “pause and discern” and becoming more aware of the Divine in their everyday lives.

That combination of deep listening, discernment, insight and meaningful change is at the heart of how I work.

For more than 30 years, I have worked with people who want to grow — first as a senior Human Resources leader and, for many years, as an executive coach.

My experience spans advertising, media, financial and professional services, and my coaching clients have included leaders from organizations such as  RBC, HSBC,Northwell Health, Thomson Reuters, , Moody's, Sotheby's, National Grid, Northwell Health, The Moth, Harmon Pediatrics, TheaterMania.

Alongside that professional experience, my work in Spiritual Direction has deepened the listening, reflection and discernment I bring to conversations about meaning, purpose, faith and the way we live and work.I work with business people, physicians, educators, writers, entertainers, entrepreneurs and clergy, among others.

Across both, my role is to understand what matters to the person in front of me and help them recognize what may be possible from there.
