Work Experience:
Barbara has worked in a variety of industries: advertising, media, financial and professional services, represented by  Grey Advertising; Katz Media Group, part of the iHeart Media organization; Accenture and Sumitomo Bank Financial Services.  In her senior Human Resources roles in these organizations, she was involved in a start up operation; worked in cross-cultural environments; a new professional services business line (Business Process Outsourcing); and managing international businesses.  Barbara built HR departments that worked closely with the line to ensure they had what they needed to flourish.

She earned a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, and has  career coach certification from GetFive, formerly the Five O’Clock Club.
